We’re Jay and Carrie, a married couple of 29 years with a lifelong love for North Wales. Jay has a special connection to the area, having lived here during his late teens when his family ran a local pub. A time that left him with a deep appreciation for the warmth and spirit of the Welsh people.

Over the years, we’ve spent countless weekends and holidays exploring Anglesey, the mountains of Eryri, and the peaceful coastal villages in between. As our own family grew, we found ourselves returning again and again, drawn by the relaxed pace, the natural beauty, and the welcoming community of Y Felinheli.
